Returns
You are qualified for returns if
- Within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- Products are in salable condition, unworn or unused, with tags.
- In the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging for the first 30 days after purchase.
Replacement
You are qualified for replacement if
- Items are defective or damaged during the delivery (Picture of defective or damaged product will be required).
- Missing panel in the package.
- Received the wrong product (Picture of the label on the package will be required).
- We will send prepaid return label only if customers received wrong products and qualified for replacement.
Exchanges
You are qualified for exchange if
- Within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- You will be responsible for paying for returning shipping cost in case of a non-defective product.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping Service for Return
All items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. We suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. We may not be eligible for a full refund if your package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at service@eonecros.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Make sure to include the RMA reference number we provide you with your return package. Any items returned without first obtaining a return will not be accepted.
Refund (if applicable)
All product returns must be in salable condition to receive a full refund. If the item is used or unsalable, the order might be nonrefundable. We reserve the right to submit a full, partial or no refund.
Refund Handling Fee
Please note: A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for processing returns, applicable only to full refunds. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your return, including restocking and handling the returned items.
The handling fee is applied to ensure that we can continue to provide quality service and maintain our inventory effectively. It allows us to manage the logistics involved in returns, ensuring that the process is smooth for all customers.
For example, if your total refund amount is $100, a $5 handling fee will be deducted, resulting in a total refund of $95. This fee is part of our commitment to maintaining efficient operations while providing you with the best possible shopping experience.
Partial refunds only if
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping cost is not refundable for customer’s change of mind. If you are qualified for a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
First check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this, please feel free to contact us at service@eonecros.com.

Held the kayaks secure the whole trip.
Worked well on a 600 mile round trip journey. I had it on the lowest setting at first to make loading easier but the very tip of one of the kayaks slightly scraped the ground so I moved it up and had no issues.

Great kayak rack for the money
You can’t beat this for the price…I put two kayaks on the back of my camper and went over 500 miles with out any issues. I used plenty of bungies to mate the two together, then used ratchet straps and bungies to tie it to my bumper and ladder. This minimized the movement and prevented the ratchet straps from getting loose…I checked them every time I got fuel and tightened them a little. I would definitely recommend and buy again.
